Housekeeping can be hit or miss. One day they didn't make up the room at all, frustrating. Rooms facing the kitchen bring strong cooking smells that start wafting in at the crack of dawn. The pool area lacks sufficient sunbeds, limiting your lounging options by the afternoon. Breakfast can feel like a chaotic scramble.

Our stay was fairly nice, liked large breakfasts.

The place was unique and nicely decorated and the staff were EXCELLENT, the location was magnificent quite close to Everything. Location: the hotel was right by the restaurant as well as Sanur beach. Spent our evenings in nearby Dcorner Bar and Resto enjoying drinks and atmosphere. On site in-house restaurant served outstanding food.

Well, it was a lovely stay of 2 nights. It was in an incredible location minutes from Stone Pillar. Set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.

The infinity pool was great, but housekeeping missed cleaning the room one day.

Nice hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, rooftop pool, and a massage service. On my first stay, the staff gave me helpful currency tips. I recommend trying the spa! I'm coming back for a business trip.

Family Friendly Getaway

The staff, especially the interns, were so eager to please, one of them even made a point to chat and keep the atmosphere lively.

It was a bit on the pricey side for our budget, but considering the experience it was still worth it.

The decor and vibe were so refreshing, and the rooftop pool views blew me away. It completely exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit to sanur!

My stay was enjoyable, especially the delicious breakfast options and the comfortable room with a lovely balcony view, but the air conditioning issues were a real letdown.

Very nice rooftop pool and perfect location

I recently enjoyed a week at this vibrant hotel, which boasts an amazing rooftop pool that provided a fine view and a great spot to unwind. The spacious, clean rooms featured good artwork, and I appreciated the small balcony for drying off my swimwear after a dip. Breakfast was satisfying, with a nice variety of options, including fresh fruit and an egg station. It would be great if they offered refill stations for drinking water on each floor, rather than requiring guests to ask for it.

The room was spacious and modern, with nice decor and a Nespresso coffee machine which was a cool surprise! Super clean and had a lovely balcony to chill on. Only downside was the occasional noise from the restaurant below, but it didn't bother me much after 10 PM. Overall a really comfy stay!

The pool here is amazing, and there is convenient parking nearby, plus there are opportunities for dining at the beachside restaurant and relaxing at the spa lounge.

The breakfast here offers a variety of Asian dishes that are quite enjoyable.

The location here was fantastic, and the restaurant was brilliant. It's in a really relaxing area. Plus, the poolside bar had some really good food 🍹.
